For WIndows Vista installations, you must install TubeSucker while logged on as Administrator. You must also make TubeSucker's directory writeable for all Windows users by setting security permissions, and unchecking the Read-Only checkbox. See Vista Instructions in System Requirements.

	This is the main start up screen. You can select different tabs at the top for different funtion like Search, Batch Search, Play, and Set Up. The pic on the left is how it looks on start up before you execute a search. The screen shot below shows how it looks after you have typed in a search and clicked the the Search button. You have a list of YouTube results to look at just like you were using your regular browser. From there, you can go to a single video and watch it as normal in the browser, or choose to download it. The free version can do this.
The screen shot on the right shows that you are able to browse YouTube as you would with a regular browser, except it stores each search for easy retrieval. You can set time lengths with the Pro version or better to filter search results within a select duration range. So if you just want videos that are longer than 10 seconds but less than 30 seconds, you can do that. On the Search tab, you can download a single video or download all for a given search.
	Often times you just want to search YouTube like you would with your regular browser. That is, type in a search, navigate to a specific video, watch part of it, and then decide to download it to your hard drive. The picture on the left is how it looks while watching the video, and simultaneously downloading it to your hard disk, for instant playback later. The free version will do all of this, and much more, including a built-n media player that lets you rate your files "1 to 5 stars", email video links of videos stored on your hard drive, create playlists, generate webpages of videos represented by their thumbnail jpg pic, and more.
On the right is the Download Progress Tab that lets you see the progress of the videos you are downloading. One copy running of TubeSucker Turbo can simultaneously download eight (8) videos at a time. But you can run up to 4 copies of TubeSucker Pro Turbo at a time for up to 32 downloads at a time, depending on your bandwidth and how busy YouTube is at the time. This is amazing just to watch.

	On the left is a picture of the easy-to-use built-in player. One click on one of the six "Preset" buttons at the top, and you are immediately in the directory of your desired media file type, ready to play video, music, pictures, or their respective playlists. You can set these preset directories on the Preferences tab as illustrated below. The built-in player uses the Microsoft Windows Media Player engine, so you can play Flash Videos (FLV files), mpg's, MP3's, wav files, jpg's, gif's, playlists, and much more, with a high quality player. There is also a Preset button to go directly to the directory that you are currently downloading to. From the player, you can easily email links to videos stored in TubeSucker's inteneral database. You can also make playlists of your favorite videos and then create web pages of those playlists. This use has many commercial applications. TubeSucker can also create an email with a link to every video in the selected playlist.

There is also an option to start up where you last left off, in the last media directory, with the last media file selected and ready to play. Tube Sucker lets you work all in one environment.
